So I called AT&T, I don’t have an account with them so that took the representative some time to figure out, we finally got to the point where they asked for the IMEI, once they got that they hung up on me. This happened 3 times and once with desertcart Tech Support on the line trying to get me some help. They hang up once they get the IMEI.
