The feel of a quality box, great product protection, the beauty pf attention to detail... It is awesome, and Nothing at all like Idle Sleep mattress. It arrived in a well-worn and unattractive box; the mattress is wrapped like Eastern Europeans used to wrap their luggage (imagine 54 layers of saran wrap), and there is not look nor feel of quality or attention to detail in any way, shape fashion, or form. You open the mattress and it expands to show you a cover that has no particular beauty and with no attractive design elements in the least. This is a throw-back to the Chinese products of 10 years ago: no workmanship is visible; no appearance of pride by the manufacturer, and certainly not comparable to what you will see in other mattresses at this price-point. The first night of sleep on a new mattress is typically a night of adjustment and expectations should be fairly low, so I was not discouraged much by that being the case with this mattress. I hope it will improve, but I will confess that nothing impresses me so far. I am left with the sense: If this was a product built with pride for a long life and to deliver a great experience, would they really be willing to deliver it in this fashion? I have bad arthritis and a bad back and this mattress doesn't hurt me like others. However, I had a very hard time getting my mattress from the company. They told me it would ship within 6 to 10 days. It took longer. They told me it had shipped, but then 4 days later it still hadn't been received by Fed Ex. I was still promised I would get it by the next day. James says not to worry, I promise you'll have it tomorrow. But I didn't. I wanted to cancel my order so I could go with another one but they wouldn't give me my money back.
