## Questions & Answers

**Q: I ordered this. However, the pump will not compress. What am I missing ?**
A: I've been using this for years, and 2 out of 3 pumps don't work. I keep the old pump and reuse it on the new bottle. Not much help for first time user, though.

**Q: Does this contain salicylic acid?**
A: Small amount I believe but don't buy it. The pump does not work. I have had multiple bottles of it and this cleanser just made my face more dry than regular soap.

**Q: Is this product cruelty-free?**
A: The photo of the back of bottle (left side description) shows cruelty free

**Q: Have the manufacturers stopped making this product? I never see it in stores anymore.**
A: I've gotten it from Amazon. And I see quite a few of these products in CVS drugstore.
