The thong strap passes the “comfortable enough to sleep in” test which is how I judge the true comfort of a thong. The waistband does not roll anywhere near what the previous version did. These have literally become my favorite thongs in a vast collection of other thongs because of the comfort and construction. One final word, I never machine dry my thongs - hang drying them makes them last MUCH longer. It’s obvious that a lot of men wear thongs because more companies are selling them and, with Jockey issuing this updated lightweight version, they are continuing to invest design, marketing and manufacturing time them.
