There is NO mention of glass, but I purchased it because I have a cultured marble vanity and that is what it's really for, not natural stone. It says no recommended for natural stone surfaces but there is no mention of glass. I personally would not use it for glass. From my personal experience with our old cheap fiberglass shower, the best thing to clean soap scum and mineral buildup (we live in the country with a well) is to use hot vinegar. I tried everything for years because the shower did not have a nice finish and it drove me crazy until I hit on hot vinegar. It is a mild acid and really does a good job, but cold vinegar was not effective. It doesn't have to boil or be very hot, just hot enough to sort of melt the gunk off. I wore rubber gloves and sloshed it on with a small towel, let it sit a minute, and then wiped down the walls. I have never had glass shower doors, but if I did that is what I would use. Then, if whoever showers would wipe them down with a towel after every shower, the doors should stay clean a while longer. **Q: How often do you use it? Is it every 6 months or can you use it whenever you clean.** A: You can use as often as you want. It will last 4-6 months depending on how much use it sees. **Q: Would this product work on an acrylic kitchen sink? Woul it be safe to use where I am washing dishes or food?** A: I’m not sure about acrylic, I use it on my manufactured marble bathroom vanity. It does leave water spots which wipe off with a damp cloth and then a dry one.
