We ordered the Cobalt, which showed a subdued almost petrol colour on the screen, but it is actually a lovely bright royal blue. All stitching appears to be secure and watertight and it has so far been put to the test in torrential rain, muddy fields, waist deep snow and many trips to the stables being subjected to general abuse by it's energetic 5 year old occupant. It still looks brand new despite the hard wearing it has so far been through, washes well and dries quickly. Outside in -6°C with vest, base layer and jumper underneath my daughter was kept warm and comfortable, there is plenty of room for more layers if needed. I really can't fault this item, very pleased with the quality and practicality for the price and won't hesitate to replace with a larger size of the same once outgrown. Edited to add that we have now had 2 years use out of this suit, it has been used daily throughout the winters for all sorts of muddy, wet, active time and not only does it still come up like new when washed it is still watertight.
