It doesn't deter pigeons! **Q: What guage is the wire?** A: Not sure exactly as I don't have wire gauge, but it is just over 1mm thick. Secured with cable ties and fairly east to install, they have proved to be very effective. They are expensive, however and I hope they stand up to the weather. Tip: to stop them from pinging off the plates I added another tie to each end loop.
