I've tried a wide variety of hot sauces, and this one does have a good amount of heat, and that's rare for me to admit. It can overpower the taste of your food if you're not careful. I use about half or two-thirds as much of this in and on food as I use of most other Carolina Reaper or other hot sauces labeled "extremely hot."
