**Q: Why is there a hole in the bottom of the glass and how can I keep water from getting between the layers through that hole when washing the glass?**
A: There should not be a hole , water should not get in between the layers . This is my second set and I have not experienced any holes . Send it back as damaged and reorder it

**Q: @delonghi consumer care :  where are these made? the 'product information' has "country of origin: usa". others responded "italy" and "china".**
A: Hi mine were made in China in fact I was really dissatisfied because they broke in my dishwasher then I ordered them from the actual manufacture and they were made in Italy and  I still have them and love them

A: Hi, there is no warranty on these glasses. Thank you!
