We were impressed with the fact that it has a replaceable battery at this price point. It's very easy to drive/maneuver and has many great features. A drawback is that Verpal scooters do not have universally replaceable parts. But that being said, when the armrest became damaged, the Verpal customer care team were very helpful in getting us a replacement part.
