Assembly didn't take too long with 2 people, a power drill, and a screwdriver...just pay close attention to the way things are oriented in the instructions. The directions are pictures with no written cautions or warnings. Pay particular attention to step two because the three skids are different and require different numbers of bolts which isn’t easy to see in the picture. Other than that it was easy to assemble and looks great in our front yard.
