But amazon also need to check and then only mention correct features of product on their site ### ⭐ Poor quality and service *by A***T on 21 November 2016* The product is okie but end of the day it is only microwave and jot much more that I thought it to be. The quality of the so called free attachments especially high and low grill is extremely poor quality. I thought they were made of steel but just on first use the chrome plating came off. See photographs. There is always something fishy about online purchases. I don't think I will buy anything online. Nobody has called or visited for demo either which they normally do on installation.
