it works well. Actually think it's fixing the injury in my wrist. I just wish it was a little shorter?? The connector for weight plates adfs extra length to it, so I have to either hold both my arms up in the air to use it giving me a good isometric workout in the shoulders and delts in adition to the forearms or stand on a step to relax the rest of my arms while focusing on the forearms.

Unfortunately the handle is hard plastic and very slick, the intended grip/texture is ineffective and if you are using any kind of weight beyond about 5 lb without gloves your hands just slip on the handles. Others have foam or rubber grips not hard plastic and those are far more effective. Once the handle is removed and you are using the large vertical grips it's a little better if you have large enough hands but works a different part of the forearm as intended. Overall useful but could be so much better with a better handle grip. Likely I will return it and look for an alternative.UPDATE - immediate customer service response and engagement. Very impressed and will look for other products. The design flaw and slipper handles remain but there are grip tape options to alleviate the issue and still allow for handle removal but it's got to be a thin layer so will try it again. Really appreciate the seller standing behind their product and acting quickly to resolve the issue.
