The peppers used in Monoloco’ smash are of the highest quality and are delicious, at least in the bottle I received. This is on my top shelf and I highly recommend it. I’ve used it on wings, in chili and on tacos and burritos. It doesn’t disappoint. The Scotch Bonnet flavor is the most prominent with the ghost pepper providing extra heat. This is as hot as any of the Carolina Reaper sauces I have. It’s not as hot as some of the extract sauces, but it tastes much better than they do.

A: Is our hottest sauce! We made Pierdealmas with fresh peppers, 95 % of Ghost ( 1.000.000 SHU ) and 5 % Scotch Bonnet ( 350.000 SHU ), we haven't mesure the SHU of the sauce yet but is really hot!
