Pillow has a breathanke summery side and a softer cloth side. It is wonderfuk for all around use whether you want tonuse itnto helpnalleciate pressure, correct plagiocephaly or general flathead, or just support you childs head. Indont use it for night sleep as my chikd will wiggle down beneath it and breathable or not, i wont take the rsk of it falling over his face as he sleeps.
