Even with the mos basic MP3 player...Highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great sounding headphones punch well above their weight. *by L***1 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 January 2019* Before I say what I think about these, I should just say that I have some experience with headphones, I currently use Hifiman HE6 with a class d speaker amp and HD650s with OTL valve amps (little dot mkIV and a Polish one called Eufonika). I've owned various high end headphones over the years. All I'll say after that is when I put these on occasion for whatever reason (usually straight from my Zero dac/amp), I am always surprised how nice they sound. They have a very similar sound to the Fostex planars, it's a lovely warm balance across the frequency range. The only thing I don't like is the headphones are on ear not over. They sound better than the Sennheiser Momentum series which have too much bass.
