I wear a size 42 Eur MTB shoe from Shimano and medium size covers were spot on!! Putting them on for the first time took a bit because after reading reviews I wanted to be cautious, but then to put them over the shoes is so easy. Removing them from my feet, not shoes which are already off again took a bit, but eventually I'll find best what to manage them.
