It has gotten me to drink more water also because it stays cold! Love the design and sturdiness, the handle on top makes it easier to carry than a side handle and i love the drinking spout instead of straw. Can throw it in a bag, on your seat in the car, or carry under your arms if your hands are full and not worry about it spilling. Worth the money!
