Symptom free ❤ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome book, life changer *by J***T on December 11, 2018* I have endured nearly all the symptoms for hypothyroid that Anthony William describes in this book for years. While being gluten and soy free helped, as the years went by, my symptoms came back and increased. Mr. William eloquently described what is really going on, and most importantly WHY. I am not one to rush into a new diet, but he convinced me that I needed to try his protocol to start healing my body. I have found that I feel so amazing, and that my joint and muscle pain is pretty much gone. Brain fog decreasing and I am losing weight while eating foods that I have denied myself for years. His gentle style and approach is refreshing and while I am not a vegan, my approach to consuming fruits and vegetables are a new adventure. I highly recommend this book to others to see if their symptoms are caused by EBV. This book explained so much to me, and so it made sense to try something different in my lifestyle.
