Gardenia Salep is a premium 400g powder mix made from orchid roots, delivering an authentic Lebanese and Turkish dessert drink. When combined with hot milk, it thickens to a rich, custard-like texture infused with natural rose and orange blossom flavors. ## Description

Heat approximately 800ml of milk in a saucepan until it just starts to boil. Add the contents of one sahlab sachet and stir continuously, keeping the heat constant, until it turns thick. Look for a consistency similar to custard. As soon as it thickens, remove from the heat and transfer to serving glasses or cups. Sprinkle each cup with a little cinnamon and serve immediately.

Review: better than all rivals - this sahlep is better than all other competitors in desertcart (especially Turkish origin ones, unfortunately) but the negative side is level of sugar. the taste is very nice and close to original taste which is made by Sahlep powder however the sugar taste may bother you after a while. This is very great choice of drink for your cold winter nights ;)
