That sould tell you something about what comes next. We were never able to even try using this radio. The programing cable is dumb and the electrics for it reside in the radio itself. Window 10 will not allow the driver to load because it does not receive a valid certificate when polled. and therefore does not allow communications from the computer to radio to program, Spent three days researching ways around the issue, Wrote multiple email to the manufacture. Which went unanswered. I would recommend you avoid this manufacture just based on the customer support, and total lack of response. The customer support and lack of response seem to be a common complaint in the internet about this company. So if your looking for a radio to look pretty on your desk . This will do it.
