We purchased this for our trip to Florida, hoping to keep our phones charged while in a famous amusement park. This bank far exceeded our expectations. The whole family was taking turns using it to charge up devices and this performed like a champ. We now religiously use this while camping, at parks, when out shopping, and more! As with any bank, we don't leave it plugged in to charge back up unless we are close by and can watch it. (Again, that isn't specific to this power bank, just a good rule of thumb when dealing with these.) All in all, we were highly pleased with this product. If I need an extra, I will definitely buy this again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE *by R***K on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2015* The first unit I received seem to charge properly but when I went to charge my note 4 charged it a little then begin to blink ,apparently default shut it down so that it wouldn't do any damage. When I contacted Ur power they promptly replace the unit. The unit definitely has intelligent charging. Using the Samsung battery holder charging case it charges at a much slower rate. Directly plugging it into my note 4 it will charge it in about 2 hours which is comparabl to using a regular 2.1 amp charger.. With its rated capacity I would expect it to be efficient enough to charge it 3 times. It will do 2x with a little left over after I cycled it a couple of times. I did love dealing with this company I hope there next generation will include Qualcomm 2.0 charging on both sides of the unit, with improved efficiency. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Price for the amount of Power available *by S***0 on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2015* Used during a trip to Scotland.
