She would have extremely hard poops (Level 1 or 2 on Bristol Scale) but this fiber has really helped her have normal, soft bowel movements. Did this for 72 hours just to make sure all was well. Days 4-7 I put one scoop of the powder in his nutritional shake and one scoop in his milk. Day 8 he had a huge bm that wasn’t rock hard. Day 10 he had another big bm that wasn’t rock hard either. Yay!!! Today is day 11. I will adjust accordingly going forward.
