For your information, the normal reading for blood oxygen is typically in the 95-100 range. However, there are certain conditions where this range may not apply. Similarly, there is no "normal" range for the pulse rate. Depending on your physical and medical condition and fitness level the readings will vary with each individual. It seems well built and works exactly as expected. It comes with a silicone cover for easy cleaning. It is worth noting that this is a consumer item as expected at this price point with an accuracy of +/- 2% which is perfectly fine for the pupose intended, which was to provide evidence of low SPo2 in the event of Covid-19 infection to the NHS call center staff.
