And you still have to add alcohol, which is not said in the advertisement ### ⭐⭐ False coverage claims! *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 August 2018* I followed directions very *precisely*, as I was sealing a pond of approx. 400 square feet, so one would think that the [3 gallon kit] product would cover it, since they claim to cover 480 sq. ft... not even close! It made a one-coat coverage of barely HALF what it claims! This stuff is ridiculously expensive & a huge pain to mix and apply, but I at least expected it to cover, and it did not.
