Our sizes match those with American sized rings chart that can also be found online. **Q: Does this 8mm mood ring come with a color chart? If so, how many colors are displayed even though they are just examples of available colors?** A: Hello, Thank you for your question. We recently introduced ring boxes for our 8mm mood rings. They should come with a black box with a mood chart at the bottom of the box. There are 9 Color examples displayed but it should be noted that our mood rings will change multiple colors as well. We hope this answers your question :) **Q: So i cant wash my hands with this on? Take a shower with it on? Go in the pool with it on?** A: Although our mood rings are high quality compared to other mood rings on the market.
