The color is beige and brown as pictured. The bottom basin catches the water really well. The top keeps the food off the floor. This works perfect for my small mini dachshund. It could be elevated a little more for her, but she doesn't seem to mind. It would not hold up to a busy or aggressive dog because it seems to be easily knocked from the base. The plastic would hold up even when this gets knocked from it's base. It still seems to hold the contents really well in the contoured area. If you have a small dog, this is a great product to keep water and food off the floor and mat. Would recommend a higher elevated option for bigger dogs for sure.

I really like this for my 3 cats but the bowls are too small. I thought I had purchased a 1 cup and 1-1/2 cup but these are not that size. I am currently trying to find deeper bowls because I have to fill them 2-3 times a day. However, the set up itself is great. No more splashing of water by one cat who likes to clean her feet in the water bowl. For some reason she doesn’t do that now, ha, ha. Keeps the food in the tray and it is super easy to use and keep clean. Just the right height and very sturdy. I would purchase again. I wish that they had bowls that were deeper. I thought I ordered the express one but now I wonder. It is great though, worthy of 5 stars!
