I cleaned the window channels well with alcohol and a rag first. Then when I was ready to install I used the included adhesion primer pads before each window. I also doubled up on the provided red tape too, as it didn’t show when I fit them in to see if they aligned, so why not couldn’t hurt. I slipped them in pulling them slightly out so the window could go up. Window didn’t hit and it went up easily. Hopefully they stick well and don’t fly off during highway speeds, but they seem pretty sturdy to me. I didn’t use the metal clips as I haven’t before on previous trucks. Visor quality isn’t see through, but that’s okay. It aligned well in each channel for my Silverado and I love the shape, not too bulky.
