Right out of the box you can tell thought was put into its design and build. Very smooth retrieve plus easier than most drag setting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Own a 40 and now a 70

It’s a nice reel. I’ve put as much stress as you possibly can on my 40 and it’s still going strong. I just got the 70 and it’s just as nice. It’s got a power handle on it that’s on par with my $20 Abu Garcia power handles which only adds to the value. The 70 is about the same as an Abu Garcia 7000. If you’re used to 6500s, like myself, then I’d suggest a 60. I do wish I would have got a 60 but the error was my end so I can’t knock the reel for it. All in its a great reel for the price and will get you on the water.
