The front pocket is great for easy access to things like wallet, kindle, keys, lipstick and small stuff. We use it extensively and it has held up well so far. Color is beautiful too. I wish it had wheels sometimes because it can get heavy to carry when fully packed, that is my only critique. However, it has a back sleeve and can easily sit on a carry on. The thing is I don't need a carry on when I have this perfect bag for short trips, it's that great ;) so double edge sword on that one. Usually I just pack it on my carry on for flights.
