A: Dear Customer, Soursop fruit contains highly "C Vitamins" (Citric Acid) and its work as a natural preservatives. We have our own Pasteurization process for this. No Oxidization happen because this fruit jars bottles are seal packed. Thank You.

A: No you can directly eat

**Q: For how many days does this 500gm jar lasts?**
A: This Jar should consume within 7 Days after opening. Suggested dose is 70-80 Grams per day. Once it open, jar should be refrigerate. For fresh and nutritionist test it should consume within 8-10 days after opening.

I have been buying this product for over 1 1/2 year. They are now not able to maintain the taste. I ordered two bottles both were very very very sour.

I like it but it's a bit expensive. Still it's good quality. It was a bit more sour than fresh soursop I've had. But it tastes nice and almost fresh. What I found was that the flesh is unchewable and if I didn't want to swallow a mouthful of unchewed flesh I'd just extract the juice in my mouth and spit the rest. I don't remember fresh soursop being like this. Anyway I still liked it because it's hard to get this fruit otherwise
