This is by far my new favorite kitchen gadget! Easy to use, easy to clean and store. Food is cooked to perfection! Very easy to prep a variety of meats or vegetables. I think the only thing you have to realize is that with this particular cooking style it takes time, so planning ahead is essential. But it’s honestly so easy - add your main protein (or side), seasoning, etc. to the bag, place it in the container (not included) with water, and let the sous vide cooker do the rest. Incredibly functional and easy. I’ve cooked many things and have yet to be disappointed!
