A: Well, the shiatsu massage has low/medium/high intensity. But if you have sensitive body and even the low one is strong for you, you can put down the detachable flap that is designed for reducing intensity.

**Q: How to deal with malfunction such as suddenly stop working or fail to work?**
A: 1.Device may have been in use for 30 mins. Auto-shut-off function activated. Just resting the unit for 15 mins. 2.Check if adapter is plugged into socket and adapter output is connected to device power inlet wire.

I had ordered a back and seat massager from Snailax, but since then, the product photo has changed to the current one of just a back massager. Anyway, I am overall satisfied with the massager. It has various heat settings and massage settings which you can easily control with the remote. However, even at the most intense setting, it doesn't feel like it's massaging as hard as I'd like. Still, it helps me to relax, and my daughter even likes using it. It's easy to attach to an office chair if desired, but we just prop it against our family room couch, and enjoy the benefits while watching TV or resting.
