Cartridge installation and use was simple and smooth. Instructions are clearly laid out and easy to follow. At some point, a few months later, I had trouble printing a shipping label where part of the print was coming out lighter, like a grey stripe instead of black. I cleaned and aligned the print heads over and over to no avail. (This may not be a problem if you print often.) Finally gave up and contacted customer service. I doubt I even waited 2 minutes for a representative. Result was to have new cartridges shipped immediately. New cartridges arrived in a couple of days and everything is working perfectly again. The cherry on top would be knowing that the company takes care of its service reps as well as the service reps takes care of their customers.
