I did a lot of research on this brand as I’ve never purchased supplements from them before. Everything checked out as reputable. The dosages are correct for what I need. If I find they don’t work, I’ll update. But, so far, so good! I did get the on Prime Days so price was more reasonable and used subscribe and save. At last, a formulation with all bioavailable forms of B vitamins with added TMG. Even the B6 is in the form of P-5-P, which is important for nerve health. However, I bought this to help bring down my Homocysteine, which was elevated even when taking other B Complex formulas. This really did what it says on the label as it brought my Homocysteine level back down to a healthy as shown by my blood tests. I will keep buying this as it works.
