Some areas of my beard are quite thick and the hairs grow in different directions, which has caused problems with other trimmers, but this manages to cut through them cleanly and evenly without me having to keep going over the same area.Another feature I really appreciate is the self-sharpening blades. I’ve always been terrible at keeping up with blade maintenance and oiling, so having something that continues to cut well without me constantly worrying about that is a big advantage.The OneBlade was actually the main reason I chose this set over the 5000 or 7000 Series. Having it included alongside the main trimmer and all the different attachments makes the whole package much more useful, especially if you want one kit to handle your beard, shaving and general grooming rather than buying separate products.For me, this is one of the few “all-in-one” grooming kits that actually lives up to that description. Great for detailing and getting a close shave, where the beard trimmer and clippers can’t quite get accurate. Super bit of kit and all for a great price and a nice zip bag to keep it all.
