No smell, no flaws and the patches on the suit are the right ones. I read in some reviews that some of the costumes delivered had no NASA patches, but different patches not related to Space missions. The fabric is nice and soft, the label says 95% polyester and 5% spandex, but it is not stretchy at all. For this reason I sized up. The zip on the front works pretty good.
