R these washable? i used them at the spartan on saturday! worked great. but they r super muddy!

I washed mine after my BigBear race, with the rest of my muddy clothes and shoes. They still to the job. A bit tough the 1st time putting them on afterwards, they hardened up a bit from the mud and wash.

What size do most men get, large or extra large. Average size guy, 5’10”

Every hand is different but if you go by average, the Large is sold the most. The measure also has to do with the thickness of your hand. If they are on the thicker side go for XL. Hope this helps -Felicia Fit Four

How long can you wear it ? sweeting ? bretabl ?

I wore these gloves for my entire Spartan race. I've look elsewhere for better gloves. Sweating wasn't an issue. It was the bruising between my thumb and index finger afterwards. I ended up returning these gloves, not a big fan of these.
