My micro-biome test showed negligible levels of these beneficial “good bugs”, so I was in need of these specific strains and it’s hard to find probiotics with right mix for you. I mix this probiotic with Sacchromyces Boulardii and now take daily. I had to work myself up to full dose, but after 90 days of full dose and con’t use finally see positive results.
