The Yale Zuri lock logged us out of the app and stopped working for over 24 to 48 hours without any reason. This is the main door security of a home, not a casual gadget. If the lock itself fails like this, what exactly are we paying for?The battery system is equally bad. Even with the recommended batteries, there is no proper low battery warning. No reliable alert, no clear indication. It just dies suddenly, sometimes in the middle of the night, and the keypad stops working completely. You are then left scrambling to find a physical key. This is basic functionality that any lock should get right.Customer care is almost impossible to reach. And when you do manage to connect, the responses are vague and completely unhelpful. No ownership, no urgency, no real solution.Overall, extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
