**Q: Ingredient list from label?**
A: yes, it's available on the can!

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: i no longer have the can but i do remember that it was poppy seeds mixed with raisins (they say fried fruits but that is an error for dried fruits). to the best of my memory there aren’t any other dried fruits in it. I think there may have been some orange peel, but i couldn’t swear to it.

**Q: Can it be eaten without being baked? ie,Placed on pre baked puff pastry?**
A: Yes , it can be eaten straight from can. It’s delicious on its own.

**Q: What is in this?**
A: I don't want to provide you with false information but what what i recall its basically poppy seeds with honey and rasins.. possibly some added sugar or something.
