I use estrogen cream up there too so I do not like to mix too much of that, If I get irritated I just put some on my finger and smear it around and it seems soothing. If you are irritated or raw it can sting a little at first. Anyway mainly I wanted to come here because I discovered it’s great for the inside of my nose too. Every winter the inside of my nose is raw full of scabs and just generally miserable. I have tried many things but this stuff works. I figured if it could work for one mucous membrane why not another and I do not stick it up far at all just the inside area where I can reach with a finger. I started smearing it around in there every couple days and Im more comfortable.
