This works well . Reasonably sturdy , doesn't shake . Of course it won't stand very heavy weights but for a home gym this will serve the purpose . Although this is designed for barbell stand for curls , with a little bit of jugad (trick) I am using it for bench press (this stand + 1.5 feet wide wooden plank + heavy chair ) and squats , yes it works that way! I am happy with this for now I can do bench presses and squats without any assistance.There are't any other brands available , out of what is available this seems to be the best pick ! Go for it
