I wanted to try a fluoride-free toothpaste with nano hydroxyapatite, and this one has been easy to incorporate into my normal brushing routine. The texture is smooth and it spreads easily across the teeth without feeling overly thick or abrasive.The Ela Mint flavour is one of the things I particularly like. It gives a clean, fresh feeling after brushing but isn't as strong or intense as some traditional mint toothpastes. This makes it pleasant to use in the morning and before bed, especially if you prefer a milder flavour.I also appreciate the straightforward formula. It doesn't contain sulfates or parabens, and the vegan formulation is another positive for me. The 113g tube is a good size for everyday use and the packaging is simple and easy to handle.I've found it comfortable to use on my teeth and gums, including when my teeth have felt a little sensitive. Just spit,leave the rest to do its magic.There is clinical evidence that it helps with the strength of teeth and gums mine are no longer tender, no more sensitivity when i eat or drink,no matter the temperature, this took about a week to achieve with the sensitivity. i had some cracks just visible,i no longer have them,dont let the dentists dictate to you,they want you to keep coming back to them,and buy the rubbish that they endorse and charge you stupid prices for.
