For some reason I pictured it as one big soft cookie however it is several small crunchy cookies in a package, which I didn't mind. It's really hard to find sweets that dont contain soy or nuts or made in a nut free facility so it was great to come across this company. Now I can snack and not worry if I might have a weird reaction.
