My only complaint is the packaging; the lid is not air tight and has a loose grip. I love baking especially making bread as it relaxes me. However, the poor quality yeast that I was getting made that a hassle because the yeast is everything when it comes to making bread. This was the first time I ordered yeast online and so so happy with the product. I have used it twice so far, along with their bread improver and both time the dough was perfect.Most important thing while proofing the yeast is that, make sure the water is not too hot. I microwave a cup of water (as per instruction) for about 30 seconds, test it by inserting my finger in it, and then only add it to the yeast. It ferments within 10 minutes, and the bread rises in about an hour (I keep it in a warm place and use bread improver).The products were all soft and chewy (I used more whole wheat that flour) and the naan (not in picture) was especially good. So far I have made, pizza dough, Foccacia bread, loaf bread, and garlic naan. All with wholewheat.
