We installed the item with the help of an Authorised Plumber. Installing the item is so simple. The company has provided the paper template for fixing the screws, instruction are given properly, precautions to be taken are clearly mentioned, only thing, we have to purchase 3 pin power plug, inlet and outlet connection hoses. in my case the power indicator yellow bulb stopped working after one month. But the red bulb and cut off thermostat are ok.
