These knee wraps are of superb quality. The only downside I feel about them now after having bought both the colour variants of this is the length. Its not the long knee wraps but they work well if you find it the best way to secure your knees with it. They are stretchable enough to support the knees during squats. I have a torn ACL in my right knee and hence I decided to use Knee Wraps with my squats to help make up for the lacking ACL with the knee wraps.
