I used it on a 4 day high altitude trek in the Himalayas carrying about 13-16 kg weight. It took the weight without any difficulty and there did not appear to be much stress on the straps and the stitching. The various compartments helped me in segregating things and it was always easy to find the things I wanted. The shoulder straps were very comfortable and did not put much strain on my shoulders. The broad width at the shoulder ensured that I did not experience much pain in the shoulders despite the heavy load. With the waist straps secured, the rucksack felt like it was part of my body and it was very comfortable while trekking.The only negative that I can think of is that the side net pouches are a bit shallow and I would have preferred them to be a bit deep to accommodate at least more than half of a 1 litre bottle.
