**Q: Can i add thi to chile?**
A: Sure, I think chipotle in chili is awesome. Unless you're making a huge pot, you won't want to add the whole can, though. For a regular recipe of chili with let's say 1 lb of beef, you'd probably want no more than 2 chipotle peppers with a nice big spoon of the adobo sauce.

We bought this adobo in CA for years - it's AMAZING!!! After (happily) moving to TEXAS, we couldn't find any good adobo in the grocery stores. Thank God for Amazon...even though I have an issue with their ratings. Seriously, can almost everything be 4.5 *****? Anyhow, just so you know, this adobo is REALLY & TRULY 5*****. Try it on mashed sweet potatoes with a touch of salt, with our without butter. It will wow friends & family. Also great mixed with mayo. Takes your sandwiches to the next level!!! Bon appetit y'all!
